Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026  ·  Applies to this website and to inquiries you send us.

TeraMaxx (“we”, “us”) manufactures and exports hay and forage machinery. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you give us voluntarily:

We never ask for payment card data, and this website does not create visitor accounts.

2. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and we do not build visitor profiles. If you use the chat links (WhatsApp) or send us an email, that data is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.

3. How we use your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the logistics, customs and payment partners strictly needed to fulfil your order.

Inquiries sent through the form on this website are delivered to our mailbox by a third-party form service (Web3Forms), which receives your submission solely in order to forward it to us. Web3Forms retains submissions only long enough to deliver them and confirm delivery.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process inquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and — once a contract exists — in order to perform that contract.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted or anonymised after 24 months. Data linked to completed orders is kept as long as export, tax and warranty obligations require.

6. International transfers

Our office is located in China. If you contact us from another country, your data will be transferred to and processed in China and in the countries where our email and hosting providers operate.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to stop using it, at any time. Write to info@teramaxx.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This website is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
